Future Illini?

Just so everyone is clear....Kristin took these photos not Ryan...I do have to admit that she does look cute with her Illini bib and my first Illini words book but I'm not putting any pressure on her. We got plenty of time to think about where she will be headed for college.

Meeting Uncle Matt

Uncle Matt took a break from the his busy life to come up a see me at the end of his spring break from Law School. He also helped me to start saving for all those big purchases by giving me a personalized Piggy bank. Grandpa Tony said that Matt still needs to make the first deposit.

Grandma and Grandpa Peters come to visit

Grandma and Grandpa have been spoiling me with attention...last Monday I got the chance to return the favor when I made my first trip to Green Bay to make sure that Grandpa Tony was feeling OK.

Emma & Eddy

Emma got her first chance to meet Eddy the day after she came home. For the most part neither one has wanted to have much interaction with the other but Eddy is showing no signs of being jealous and in general Eddy has been pretty calm but I think that has a lot to due with him not sleeping as much just like Mom and Dad.

Daddy's Girl

As you can see Dad is taking an active role in parenting...ok maybe not in the last photo but in general Dad has been spending lots of time with Emma in the evenings after work and letting Kristin get some much needed rest.

NCAA Final Four

Well Saturday was rough day and watching basketball took a lot of out me. I was so wiped out that I never even had time for my beer.

My first walk outside

Mommy was starting to get stir crazy and needed to get out and exercise so guess who got me ready for my 1st walk outside...if you can't tell from the picture it was Daddy. I didn't really have a warm coat that fit so Daddy just grabbed the first warm thing he found...too bad it was a 12 month coat. I sure was warm though.
