Surprise Breakfast with Jen and Henry

We found out while in Chicago that the Sims were staying only a 20 minute drive away so we met for one last breakfast.

Weekend in Chicago

Ryan went down to help his parents around the house and I stayed with my aunt, parents, and my brother stopped by for a visit. We stopped at PGN an indoor playhouse, Emma had a blast and had fun playing soccer with Uncle Matt

Father's Day

We took a trip to Emma's favorite park for Father's day. They have the perfect size slides for her to climb and swings and totters. There are also always tons of other kids to watch. You'll notice her tongue sticking out quite a bit, she gets this from mommy who also does it all the time when she concentrates.

Ponytail

Emma's hair is getting longer and full of curls in the back. Mommy had a full head of curls when she was a baby. This was Kristin's first attempt at a ponytail, not the best, daycare did a much better job they must have more practice.

First Bike Ride

We finally invested in a bike trailer - Burley Honey Bee - seats 2, converts to regular stroller, and Emma loves it. She heads straight for the Burley when we go outside, we just need to get a second kit so Kristin can pull her on her bike on Fridays.

On the Run

Emma loves to run from one end of the house to the other laughing the whole time, she started running as soon as she got tubes in her ears -apparently her balance has gotten much better

Emma loves to get a "belly tickle" from Ryan, just listen to her giggle. Makes us smile every time.
