E for Emma day

Thursday was E day, Emma day.  E was a tough one to plan, not much starts with E.  We did a science experiment of Exploding Ivory soap, Emma liked watching it grow in the microwave and then playing with the texture after.  We made Edible stained glass art, melted hard candies in cookie cutter (good activity for sorting colors, opening packages, crushing the candies, color mixing, etc) I don't have a final picture as I forgot to put the "ornaments" on parchment paper so they are currenly stuck to the bottom of our baking pan - oops!  Emma is VERY big into playing school right now so we played school, she lined up all of her friends pets they brought to school and did show and tell. We also played at the park with our friends Lydia and Makalya in the morning and did a library trip in the afternoon.   Included are also some cute pics of the baby from this week, who also wore Elephant jammies on Thursday for E day.
