L (half way through the alphabet)

We did a few L activities today, Emma has been in the terrible 3's for several months and today was a very challenging day for mommy, so we didn't push anything she didn't want to participate in.

On Monday night we made homemade crayons (take broken crayon pieces, melt in muffin tins, and let them harden in the fridge), they made really cool swirl crayons.  We used the homemade crayons to do leaf rubbing in the morning, we had gone on a leaf hike after swimming on Monday since we have very few trees in our neighborhood. 

After dance we had Lunch and read Llama Llama books for nap time, after nap we played Llama Llama games online and read books from an online Library. 

I set up a Laser obstacle course, Emma crawled under and over the yarn filled hallway, she thought this way fun and kept re-doing the course. 

After dinner we made homemade lollipops from Life saver candies, she liked watching them melt in the oven.  She ate her lollipop while doing her L sheets for the day.

I also made homemade bath paints tonight, she had a blast painting the tub and thankfully they washed right off during my shower.
