Really Fun Day

Tuesday was R day.  We played tea party again, this time we used the Rainbow Rice we made the night before for our sensory activity of the day, Emma made soup and other pretend food items for our tea party and then we decided to give Lauren a sensory experience as well.  Emma went a little overboard sprinkling her with rice but baby thought it was funny, it was neat to see lauren looking at Emma so sweetly.  We did have rice inside her diaper, all over the floor and continue to find it in mysterious places.  We met friends at Kidztown in Green Bay to play for the morning and then headed to Grandma's to Rest (which really didn't happen but we tried). Emma was of course drawn to the princess room first where she dressed up as a bride (I'm going to try to find a used dress/veil like this from santa she loved it so much)  We Read a lot of books on Tuesday to try to hit the 1000 books before Kindergarten goal the library has set, every 100 books earns a prize.  i also included one of Lauren, we have a thumb sucker on our hands and are doing everything we can to stop it in it's tracks before it becomes a very bad habit to break later in life.
