Talking to Mr Charmin Bear

Emma started playing in her exersaucer this week, she loves it. What a great garage sale find! She was having fun talking to Mr. Charmin Bear. She was so proud that her toes finally touched the bottom - no more pillows.

Play Time

Emma is getting really good at

scooting across the floor and is now rolling back to belly and belly to back. She also loves to hang out in just her diaper - we were playing baby taco with the blanket.

Toasting Marshmellows

We sat by the firepit on Friday night, Emma helped Ryan toast marshmellows, she even held the skewer. Emma was fascinated by the fire.

Happy 4 month Birthday Emma!

Emma celebrated her 4 month birthday on Friday 7/17. She's getting so big and has quite a personality lately. Emma and mom have been spending lots of fun days together as Kristin only has 8 weeks left until she goes back to work on 9/21.

Cereal - YUM!

Emma had her first bite of cereal today - she wasn't really sure what to think, we'll keep trying

Picnic and Hiking

We went for a picnic and a hike at High Cliff on Sunday.

Cooking with Daddy

Emma had a cooking lesson with Daddy on Sunday. She helped make monkey bread for breakfast. Emma had a lot of fun shaking the bowl of cinnamon sugar.

Play Date with Evelyn & Makayla

Emma had a play date on Friday with Evelyn Savage and Makayla Evers. She liked watching Evie and Makayla play. They are all super cute!

Rocking Baby

The rocking chair is Kristin's from her early days, maybe even older? Emma had big smiles sitting in the chair for the first time this week.

Rings of Fun

Emma got a new toy over the weekend - she loves her new links. They must taste good they are always in her mouth.
